The SFP fiber ports of the versatile EDS-P510A-8PoE series Ethernet switches enable data transfer between the device and control centers with high EMI immunity at a distance of up to 120 km. The switches, which have a wide range of management functions, support STP/RSTP, Turbo Ring, Turbo Chain, PoE power management, PoE device autocontrol, PoE power planning, PoE diagnostics, IGMP, VLAN, QoS, RMON, bandwidth management and port mirroring. Designed especially for harsh outdoor conditions, the EDS-P510A-8PoE series also has 3kV voltage protection for uninterrupted communication of PoE systems. The T models of the series can operate smoothly even in extreme temperatures from -40 to 75°C.
