Opal8 series 8-port unmanaged Ethernet switches are industrial devices specially designed for automation and control applications. Model options are available that offer up to 2 single mode or multi mode 100Base-FX fiber ports. The Opal8 series, whose fiber port models support SC or ST connectors or SFP, has redundant power inputs and an IP30 class protected metal case. Thanks to these features, it provides fast and reliable data transfer in harsh industrial environments. Standard models can operate smoothly at temperatures from -10 to 60°C, and wide temperature range models can operate at temperatures from -40 to 75°C.
