GSL ENGINEERING INDUSTRY AND TRADE INC. DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT

This contract has been drawn up based on the obligation to conclude a contract for sales made over the internet in accordance with the Regulation on Distance Contracts Implementation Procedures and Principles published in the Official Gazette dated 13.06.2003 and numbered 25137, and is as follows in articles.

ARTICLE 1 - SUBJECT

The subject of this contract covers the rights and obligations of the parties, in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers / Regulation on the Implementation Principles and Procedures of Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product sold by the SELLER to the BUYER, whose qualifications and sales price are specified below. .

ARTICLE 2.2 - BUYER INFORMATION

He is the representative of the institution that is a member of the store.gsl.com.tr shopping site as a customer.

The address and contact information provided in the member registration are taken as basis.

ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCT INFORMATION SUBJECT TO CONTRACT

It consists of the type, quantity, brand/model, color, quantity, sales price, payment method of the Good/Product/Service and the information at the time the order is finalized.

ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. For payments by money order, the price will be valid for the day the order is placed. If payment is not made on the day the order is placed, our store has the right to cancel the order.

4.2. BUYER declares that he/she has read and informed all preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics of the product or products subject to the contract specified in Article 3, sales price and payment method and delivery, and has given the necessary confirmation electronically.

4.3. The product or products subject to the contract are delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address indicated within the period explained in the preliminary information, depending on the distance of the BUYER's residence for each product, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period. This period can be extended for a maximum of 10 days provided that the BUYER is notified in advance.

4.4. If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the BUYER, GSL Engineering cannot be held responsible if the person/organization to be delivered does not accept the delivery.

4.5. GSL Engineering is responsible for the delivery of the product subject to the contract, intact, complete, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and with warranty documents and user manuals, if any.

4.6. For the delivery of the product subject to the contract, the price must be paid by the payment method preferred by the BUYER. If the product price is not paid for any reason or is canceled in bank records, GSL Engineering is deemed to be free from the obligation to deliver the product.

4.7. In case the bank or financial institution does not pay the price of the product to GSL Engineering due to the unfair or unlawful use of the BUYER's credit card by unauthorized persons after the delivery of the product, which is not due to the BUYER's fault, provided that the product has been delivered to the BUYER. It must be sent to GSL Engineering within 3 days. In this case, shipping costs belong to the BUYER.

4.8. If GSL Engineering cannot deliver the product subject to the contract within the deadline due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances such as weather conditions that prevent transportation or interruption of transportation, it is obliged to notify the BUYER of the situation. In this case, the BUYER may exercise one of his rights to cancel the order, replace the product subject to the contract with a comparable product, if any, and/or postpone the order until the situation preventing the delivery time is eliminated. If the BUYER cancels the order, the amount paid will be paid in cash and in lump sum within 15 business days.

4.9. Defective or broken products sold with a warranty certificate can be sent to GSL Engineering for the necessary repairs within the warranty conditions, in which case the shipping expenses will be covered by GSL Engineering.

4.10. This contract becomes valid after its approval by the BUYER.

ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

BUYER has the right to withdraw within (7) days from the delivery of the product subject to the contract to himself or to the person/organization at the address indicated. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, GSL Engineering must be notified by fax, e-mail or telephone within this period and the product must not have been used within the framework of the provisions specified in the return conditions. If this right is exercised, it is mandatory to return the sample cargo delivery report stating that the product delivered to the third party or the BUYER was sent to GSL Engineering, as well as the original and copy of the invoice. The product price will be refunded to the BUYER within 10 days following the receipt of these documents. The shipping cost of the product returned due to the right of withdrawal is borne by the BUYER.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that cannot be returned due to their nature, disposable products, and copyable software and programs. Exercise of the right of withdrawal for products such as all kinds of software and programs, DVD, VCD, CD and cassettes, batteries, consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) is subject to the condition that the product's packaging is unopened, intact and the product is unused.

In addition, the consumer cannot exercise his right of withdrawal for goods produced in accordance with the consumer's special wishes and demands or personalized by making changes or additions.

If the payment is made by credit card or a similar payment card, the consumer may request the cancellation of the payment transaction on the grounds that the card was used without his/her consent and unlawfully. In this case, the card issuer returns the payment amount to the consumer within 15 business days from the date of notification of the objection.

In the implementation of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the location of GSL Engineering are authorized up to the value declared by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.

If the order is concluded, the BUYER will be deemed to have accepted all the conditions of this contract.
