MGate 4101-MB-PBS-T is a Modbus-PROFIBUS gateway that provides remote access and controllability to PLCs (Siemens S400 and S300 PLC, etc.) by connecting Modbus and PROFIBUS devices and can operate in wide temperature ranges. QuickLink Windows services have made the MGate 4101-MB-PBS-T extremely easy to install and operate. The Windows program uses the serial console port to connect to the MGate 4101-MB-PBS-T unit. The QuickLink function can create maps with automatic command detection and automatic memory and offers an extremely useful interface. Additionally, the embedded monitoring appliance records all communication packets of Modbus devices and speeds up error detection. The MGate 4101-MB-PBS-T has dual power inputs, meaning that two active power inputs can be used simultaneously, so that operation can continue uninterrupted even if one of the power supplies fails.
