ioMirror E3000 Ethernet I/O products are cable alternative solutions designed to connect remote digital input and signals to digital output signals over an IP network. ioMirror E3210 has 8 digital input channels, 8 digital output channels and a 10/100M Ethernet interface. 8 pairs of digital input and output signals can be exchanged via Ethernet with another ioMirror E3210 or sent to the local PLC/DCS controller. ioMirror can achieve signal latency of even less than 20 ms over a local network. With ioMirror, remote sensors can be connected to local controllers or display panels via copper, fiber or wireless Ethernet infrastructures. The signal can be carried unlimited distances without any loss.
ioMirror E3000 connects an input signal to two digital output channels via two separate IP addresses. 8 tank level signals can be displayed simultaneously from 16 separate display panels. Thanks to its 24 VDC alarm output channel, ioMirror E3210 can activate an attached buzzer or LED display when the connection is lost. Additionally, both ioMirror modules can send messages to the ioEventLog software, ensuring that at least one of these messages reaches the software.
