EDS-208A Series 8-port industrial Ethernet switch supports IEEE 802.3 and IEEE 802.3u/x, 10/100M full/half-duplex, MDI/MDI-X auto-sensing. They provide 12/24/48 VDC (9.6 - 60 VDC), 18 - 30 VAC redundant power input and can be connected simultaneously to operating AC/DC power supplies. These devices have the ability to operate in extremely harsh conditions in marine applications (DNV/GL) hazardous substance zones (Class I Div. 2, ATEX Zone 2) and meet FCC, TUV, UL, and CE standards. All models have been subjected to 100% combustion testing, proving their resistance to the special conditions required for industrial automation and control applications. In addition, EDS-208A switches can also provide broadcast protection with DIP switches that can be activated when necessary. In addition, EDS-208A-S-SC-T can transmit with 1 single mode fiber port and in wide temperature ranges.
