Return Policy

1. Don't give up

You can return the product you have purchased within (7) days from the delivery date without opening its packaging, using it or allowing it to deteriorate. Before returning the product, please send an e-mail to info@gsl.com.tr , stating your reason for return and including your invoice number and order number. Our company will contact you as soon as it receives the e-mail or fax you sent, and you will be informed how to return the product. The invoice issued in your name must be sent back together with the product, including the original and a copy . Instead of the returned product, another product or the price of the product will be refunded to your credit card. Transportation costs to be paid for the return will be covered by the BUYER.

2. Products Damaged During Transportation

Products damaged during transportation should not be received and a report regarding the damage should be submitted to the transportation company. The product should not be returned due to minor dents on the box or packaging, which will not damage the product. However, upon receipt by you, the transportation company will be deemed to have fulfilled its duty. After you submit the damage report of the rejected product to our store, our store will deliver the new product to you as soon as possible in the healthiest way possible.


3. Faulty Products

Please send an e-mail containing your invoice and order numbers to info@gsl.com.tr, stating the defective products that were not noticed during delivery and occurred in the application. If your return reason is deemed appropriate, the faulty product will be replaced with a new one after the relevant invoice is sent to our store together with the returned product.

Transportation costs due to replacement of faulty products will be covered by the SELLER.
