How can I see prices?

In order to see product prices, our visitors must be a member of our site. To become a member, simply click on the " New Membership " button at the top right of the home page and fill in the requested information. The information specified during registration is used during membership activation.

Each member sees prices specific to the category they are in.

How can I request an additional discount?

Apart from the 5% money transfer discount and campaign discounts currently available on our Online Sales site, additional discounts can be made in case of projects involving high quantities or amounts. I do not know the model name of the product I am looking for. How can I find the product?

The products listed on our site are categorized under 6 product groups in the left block. Each category has subcategories for even more specific needs. For example, to see the unmanaged Ethernet switches in stock, you can filter from the product groups as Industrial Ethernet > Industrial Ethernet Switch > Unmanaged, and check the "Only In Stock" option to browse the unmanaged Ethernet switches in stock. Again, you can continue to filter by product features on the left and reach the product you want. .

I couldn't find the product I was looking for on the site. Why could it be?

Moxa, Kyland etc. on our site. Not all models in the brands' product portfolio are included. For example, since Moxa's Layer 2 or Layer 3 switches and products specific to substations or rail systems are considered project-based products, these products are offered by obtaining project information from our customers, requesting a special price from the manufacturer. More than 2000 different product models are listed on our GSL Online Sales site. Approximately 200 of these models are the most preferred products that we have in stock. If you wish, you can click on the "Notify Me When It Arrives" button and be notified when the product is in stock.

I made a purchase via money order. However, no confirmation information was received. Has my order been processed?

For your purchases via money order, simply sending us your money order receipt is sufficient for your order to be processed. We can track your transfer and inform you about the status of your order. Once the money order reaches us and your order is confirmed, an order confirmation email is automatically sent from the system.
